/sigh....I think I found some initiative...gonna start do some more today..../sigh Carrie be prepared to be answering questions for the lost Flippy this weekend....so so lost.
In other news we have a new girl at work....she's really nice....but when I asked her her name I was very amused. Her name is Yuri.....it took me all of 5 min before I got the nerve to ask her if she was Japanese. I found out she was part Korean and that it meant "clear glass."

12:03 am - Atlantic City LOL Day!

I went to Atlantic City with my mom today. I went because I haven't seen her in a while & because we are gonna give her some very bad news tomorrow. I felt guilty today to say the least so I tried really hard to make light of as many things I could today.
1st of all...I played House of the Dead EX when we went to Caesars. I put in like $4 & my mom was grumpy the whole time cuz it wasn't a progressive machine. I laughed when she was excited that I won a row cuz they all had same dead thing in it. I don't really think I was playing it right cuz I tried to read the rules but my mom was rushing me through them cuz she wanted to go. I didn't get a chance at the mini game where you shoot zombies and they either spawn a new zombie or earn you extra credits. Overall I don't really win money from it but I was amused by the games existance.
Ummm, there was this annoying women sitting next to us when my mom was at a slot machine...I wanted to kill her but the incident was funny.
I walked as much as I could on the boardwalk so I'm still pasty as heck but apparently I have a tiny bit of color now.
It was supposed to be a crappy weather day but it was soo pretty out.
When I got hot I could easily go inside a casino and get a blast of AC then I could go back to normal.
I bought a gift for my aunt & she was very happy with it.
I put my feet in the sand.
I had the best chicken sandwich I've ever had & had an ice cream cone on the boardwalk.
I watched a sea gull swoop down & hit this old man....his reaction was priceless & everyone this old man was with all had a good laugh, even him.
We watched Stardust on the way back and it was a cute movie...not an award winning movie but it made me feel fluffy inside.
I decided that Bizarro Superman & Crunk from Dexter's Lab should go hang out with each other...was bored after Stardust ended so started thinking of hypotheticals.
Old peoples fashion sense or lack there of made me laugh.
There was this cross dressing man in Port Authority dancing...it amused me to see people in the city actually pay attention to the people around them.
I caught the train I didn't think I'd catch.
More nice things happened, blah blah.

WOOT....currently d/ling Blade of the Immortal anime! Yay excited to see what it's like....yay blood!
Also was watching the preview for the next episode of Naruto & they had a trailer for the next movie which Sasuke is supposed to be in. I watched & they showed a clip of what looked like to be Naruto's team for the movie & guess who's in it? HINATA!!! YAYYYYYYYY NARUTOXHINATA THE MOVIE COMING TO A COMPUTER NEAR YOU...after Aug 2nd.

My friend Nichole is staying over at my house for her spring break this week..it's been a fun week. She never had Indian food before so we went to get some. It was really tasty but while ordering idk what was said but it confused the heck out of the waiter & another waiter had to come over and get our order. Afterward they were laughing really loud in the kitchen. >.<;;; What did I dooooo?
Oh yeah I had Jury duty today....it took about 4 hours and I wasn't called so now that's over with. It wasn't a bad case though someone just stole a dog from this lady. It was sooo bad though however it kept me awake...I kept thinking of of the Family Guy newscaster that said, "WHO WANTS THIS DOG?"

Katsu is giving me a headache...ROARRRRRR! My plans better be all spiffy & wonderful by the time the con rolls around cuz I think I'll splode if not.
On the brighter side I'm taking a literature class & I <3 our Professor already. We acted out most the play Oedipus and he let us out a hour early so he could watch the new episode of House. =^o.o^=....Oh yeah I got major brownie points with the Professor for talking about silly old Freud's Oedipus Complex and relating it to the play.

I Snuggled With Cyn, Cleaned My Room, Read A Book, Went On The Internets....Now I'm Boooored!
^....that basically says it all.....oh yeah & I went outside too. ^^
Cyn came over for a few hours but now he's at work. Then my room was looking icky so I cleaned it and afterward I read the book that's been sitting on the side of my bed that I've been meaning to read for weeks now. Then I poked the internet and fed and clothed my digital character things. So now I am bored! I went on Final Fantasy Online but they're doing server maintenance so ROARRR nothing to do.....look I found a pic sorta showing how I'm feeling....and I used to have a pair of pants like those cept they ripped at the bottom not the butt region.

In other news went to MangaNext, it was fun! It sucked going & coming back because I had work but hey whatever I got to sleep last night so I'm good as new. I need to get off my duff and make a dang costume, I desperately need a new one. I got to talk to people I normally don't at cons so that was fun & didn't spend a fortune on or at the con which was nice.
I'm at the library atm so let me go & use it for library type things now, heh.

1:40 am - Run Down of Today
|
~Woken up much to early for my day off. It's all because my Aunt is on her vacation and wanted to get things done today, which now I don't her regret doing.
~I went to the doctor today which wasn't fun but learned I lost 3/4 LB from the beginning of the summer. \^.^/ Also learned some happy medical things & watched & directed the receptionist who chased & killed 6 bees in the doctors office...they gave us a discount because of it, yay.
~Went to a Jewish Deli and might have gained back those LB's, jk.
~Saw a shirtless sweaty construction worker digging a hole....::Note to self: Remember to move up the plan to get Cyn to dig a hole to Japan.::
~My Aunt's getting a new car!!!! It's a Mazda 3 it's so sexy...so that means I get good old Stinky. ^^
~Sat in a Jaguar today it was sooooo pretty but made me feel poor.
~Had another appointment but had time to kill before hand so I went to the .99 store. Going to it made me feel rich again after seeing that Jaguar. I bought a bootleg Cardcaptor's notebook because the Engrish made me LOLZ.
~Looked at eye glasses again....I found 2 I liked hopefully I'll decide before the month ends before I go back to school.
~Watched "Slacker Cats" tonight and idk what I thought... well actually I do I was discussed & amused however I think they might have been trying too hard to be funny, so yeah idk I might watch it again.
~Saw a 90% of an episode of Star Trek...so yeah I don't think I had done that since I was in 4th grade, lol.
~I knew the Sci-fi channel had shown anime but I never had a chance to catch it. Today I learned they have Ani-Mondays. I saw Noein, Tokko & Street Fighter 2 which were all mediocre. The Sci-Fi redeemed themselfs channel with doctored dubbs they'd showed before they went to commercial break, those jokes made up for the animes not being the best.
~Tried to write a LJ entry for the purpose of keeping myself awake until Cyn got out of work, >.< but I have failed. I just can't stay up any longer. Good night world.

12:40 am - With The Dinosaurs!!

WOW that was awesome.
Outside my job they have this fountain that every hour they have a show that they do to the music with the water & lights. Yesterday I was on my lunch break & the show was starting. Normally I just pass it by cuz I've seen it a few times since I have to pass it everyday. Yesterday I did not pass it by be cause what came on to my amazement was the Jurassic Park theme song. It was sooooooo wonderful. John Williams is such an amazing composer his work is so brilliant. Anyway that made my day yesterday ^^.
I <3 Lappy. She works right next to me which is awesome. I'm so glad I don't only have to talk to 40+ women all the time at work now, heh. We ate lunch together today, it was yummy soup.
Ummmm, Oh yeah I don't feel like making an Otakon post cuz ummm well idk just being lazy.
I still don't know what I'm doing for my 21st b-day but I need to know soon cuz my boss should be back soon from vacation so I need to ask him asap before I get screwed.
Anyway I need to go clean my room, Cyn's coming over tomorrow & stuff is all over my room.

Yay AN I <3 u!
I had fun. Didn't get any sewing done but learned some stuff. I saw some bad anime that was sooooo bad it made me happy & cry on the inside & watched some good anime. I was pissed cuz this is the 4th year I have not been able to get into the Anime Plushie workshop at AN :.(.
Ummm idk I had fun, no big drama; & no costumes for me. I saw people....yay! I kept running into people who were excited to see me whenever I was busy with something so I'm sorry for giving all of those people the cold shoulder. I also was able to have converstions with people that I've never really gotten to talk to so that was spiffy. Ahhh idk whatelse, I guess now that I've relaxed from the con i gotta get cracking on Otakon prep. Cya soon people around if not then at Otakon :).
